I have decided to cut my hair. It's just so hot right now and I hate blowdrying so it's got to go. Some of you may remember that I have been growing it
out and it is a chin-length bob. I think this cut is similar to what I have but this is really layered and razored to take out the bulk.

I have seen that cut on the Hairstyler website and love it. If my face shape would be enhanced by that style, I would have it!

MontyG, you could wear that sytle! I would just bring the sides tapers ~ 1/2 inch lower, angled along your jawline.

That cut is so cute! I love that short crown and the forward sweep.
I'm in the same boat-- I grew my hair out from a layered cut (quite similar to that one but without the short top) to a chin-length bob with long razored front (before there was "the Pob"  ) and for the past year or
so it's been a long A-line bob (think Heather Locklear circa... 1986?? or maybe Brett Michaels  ). But I have an appt next week and I just may get it wacked again, hmmm...

short hair is so much more work for me than long hair...good for you if it works.
with long hair I like that I can not wash it and it looks fine or pull it back. short hair I look like a rooster and there is no not showering everyday...

Well, first of all, taking pictures of yourself is hard to do.
I'm not sure about the hair in front of my ears. It seems like a lot so I tucked more behind my ears in the bottom 2 pictures. He had to thin a lot to get it to this point. I just have a lot of thick hair. I'll have to play with it to see how I can fix it. He told me to come back if I needed more cut of thinned. I think it's a little longer than the example haircut but I can always go shorter.

mine cut tomorrow and I need ideas. Want mine a bit longer than yours. Two haircuts ago my friend cut it in what she termed a shag. It was what I termed a
mullet. Tomorrow I am getting more of this achy breaky hair cut off!

Thanks everybody! It feels really good.
Karen, the website is thehairstyler.com. I did the color 6 weeks ago. A lot of the blonde highlights got cut out today. It's a good thing you can't see the roots any closer.
