LMAO! This reminds me of my sophomore year in college. My three roommates and I went through 70, yes *70* rolls of toilet paper in less than two months. So we
implemented a three-square pee rule. There was no quota for #2 or other TP necessities.

Don't they know that when they give us the crappy one-ply, we just use like 70 sheets at a time??? If I have the good stuff, I only use a little bit. And
if DH rationed my TP use, I'd probably use his towel/wash cloth to "freshen up". And yes, I'm that vindictive.
