Oh my gosh, I'm going to be one of those middle-aged female fans of his, but I can't help it - David Cook will be playing at the Oregon State Fair on
Saturday, September 5, and damn it, I have to go. I also try to make a day out of the state fair, and I've seen a number of really great concerts at their
outdoor amphitheater there. I just hope I won't try to throw my bra up on stage or anything like that. I almost did that when I saw Styx play there 10
yrs ago, I was so excited.

I am trying to win a sales contest so I have the money to go see Cook AND Adam Lambert on the Idols tour.
So I will join you at the sad table.

Hey, I'm going too! I saw he was at the fair and bought tickets on Friday when they went on sale. I will be 39 by then so I think he must have a lot of us
"older" female fans.
 I think it will be a great show, I love outdoor concert venues in summer.
