drink!! It's almost syrupy!), or diet DP. Tons and tons of water. I used to drink between 1-2 a day.
You might want to try mixing your own italian sodas or spritzers. I know it's the carbonation that I want. Any juice (I use orange) and spritzer; FF flavored syrups and spritzer, etc. You get teh bubbles, and not the calories (unless you use juice. That packs a whallop!)
